COVID-19 Update

While the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic continues to change the way we act and live our daily lives, we hope all Culver City Little League families are staying healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. In accordance with local and state orders designed to keep everyone safe, as well as guidance from Little League International Board of Directors and staff, the 2020 Spring Season will remain suspended until at least May 15.

We know this comes during the middle of the Culver City Little League baseball, softball, and t-ball season, and we share in the disappointment that many of you may be feeling about this suspension. However, our hope is to come together as a community and do our part to help flatten the curve in the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by temporarily suspending play and following the recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the California Department of Public Health.

We will continue to consult and seek guidance from Little League International and its affiliates, local and state officials, and appropriate medical advisors to ensure we stay committed to the safety and well-being of our players, families, volunteers, and fans. As we gather information, we will keep you posted on the status of our 2020 season.

We look forward to the day where our kids are back on the diamond as we cheer them on while they play America’s pastime.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this unprecedented moment in history.

Wishing you the best of health,

Culver City Little League Board of Directors
